• Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for high-altitude travel in Ladakh.
• Zhe Travels is not responsible for any health-related issues, including altitude sickness.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.

4. Changes & Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made in the best interest of safety and overall experience.

5. Liability

• Zhe Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the trip.

All travelers are expected to respect local culture, environment, and guidelines. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without any refund.

7. Permits & Documentation

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification and required permits. Assistance may be provided, but the responsibility lies with the traveler.
